Kollontaï's workshop is producing the 2013-14 Fall-Winter collection while our designer, Gabrielle Tousignant is creating the next 2014 Spring-Summer collection for the next photo shoot. It's a last sprint until the summer break from July 20th to August 4th. Please note that all online orders made during that period will be shipped on August 5th. Have a great summer.

Kollontaï will be at the next Laval wine show. The concept is that our Designer has to get inspired by the caracteristics of a wine and create an item. PARTNER OF MFW: Domaine Pinnacle

Kollontaï wnats to thank their collaborators for the launch of our Fall-Winter Collection 2012-2013 as part of Fashion Week in Montreal.

Domaine Pinnacle is an orchard and a cider mill located on a beautiful character property near the historic village of Frelighsburg in the Eastern Townships of Quebec.

Our apple orchard of 430 acres on the slopes of Pinnacle Mountain, gives us the essential ingredient to create unique regional special products. Located at the 45th parallel - the same latitude as the most recognized wine regions in the world - it has a prime location, facing south, and a microclimate conducive to apple. These ideal growing conditions in summer combined with the frigid Québec winters allow the creation of ice cider. All products "Pinnacle" are made with great care from our team and multidisciplinary.

Domaine Pinnacle is owned by Susan and Charles Crawford, urban refugees who lives there full time with their families.

Partner of MFW: Traditional chocolate Samson

Kollontaï wants to thank their collaborators for the launch of our Fall-Winter Collection 2012-2013 as part of Fashion Week in Montreal.

Chef-owner Nancy Samson of Samson, chocolate factory, which she founded in 1994. A graduate of the ITHQ in pastry, chocolate and ice cream, she also teaches at the Vocational Training Centre Bel Avenir de Trois-Rivières. In 1996 she became the first woman member of the team Cacao Barry, select circle of the great masters of chocolate. In 2009, Nancy was named Pastry of the Year by the Society for chefs, cooks and bakers of Quebec. In 2011 she was a judge at the Canadian World Chocolate Masters in Paris. Nancy Samson makes his team chocolates wholesale only for corporate events, arts and also Première Moisson. This is a pioneer in the field of chocolate.

The production of the Winter collection is going on !

The production of the Winter collection is going on. First we produced our first tunics, the Gentiane and Lori, the Cadance, Lichen and Eclipse shirts. We also put out the Escapade, Marc and Versatile kits and the Rosee and Feria printed dresses. We are actually working on the clothes with lace, like the Muse and Seville tunics and the Alibi dress. The productions of these last had to be postponed due to a problem with some supplier. These clothes will be gradually available by christmas. Happy shopping.

Quebec's diversified and healthy body image chart

Kollontaï is glad to be a part of Quebec's diversified and healthy body image chart.

By this concrete action, Kollontaï contibute to demonstrate that the beauty of a person can take many forms. Kollontaï's designer Gabrielle Tousignant is very sensible to the problems due to overweight, nervous anorexia and bulimia. Kollontaï is proud to be engaged in this project, as signatory of the chart, to welcome a diversified body image.
