Exchanges & Credits

We will exchange or reimburse any purchase with which you are unsatisfied if merchandise is returned within 10 days. The original tag must be on the item, which must not show any signs of having been altered or washed. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or credit for items that are not returned in their original condition or within 10 days following their delivery.

Before returning an item, you must send an email to to let us know that you wish to return a garment or accessory (for exchange or credit note) so we may provide you with an authorization number for the return as well as instructions to send your item. Return fees must be paid by the client and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

We only process exchanges when sizes don’t fit. For any other problem or when the available size is unavailable, we will reimburse your purchase.

We suggest you use a delivery method that will allow you to insure and track your return package. Keep your package’s tracking number for your records. We cannot be held responsible for any damaged, lost or wrongly addressed return packages.
