We will exchange or refund for any item with which you are not satisfied, returned within 10 days following the reception. The original label must be attached to the garment which will have no signs of having been wore or washed. We reserve ourselves the right to refuse the exchange or the credit for a garment which is not returned in its original condition or after 10 days following the reception.
Before returning an item, please inform us by email at info@kollontai.net to obtain an authorization number and the necessary indication for the sending. The client is responsible of the shipping fees for the return and the deliveries will not be refunded.
We exchange the clothes for a matter of size only. If it is the case, the returns have to be made by your local mail service. Kollontaï will not accept the shipment cost of a third transport company. In all other circumstances or if the size you need is unavalable, we refund.
